I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a great location near the central square and historic center. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, right in the center of Mérida with everything close by, but there were some areas that needed updating and repairs. The service was a mix of helpful and upsetting moments. The dining options were limited, but overall it was a decent experience. The facilities were average with some room for improvement.

The room I stayed in was fairly comfortable, but it needed updating and repairs. Unfortunately, there was water damage and mold on the wall next to the AC unit, which wasn't ideal.

Although the staff was generally helpful and nice, there was a significant issue when my mother had to deal with a cancellation due to a family emergency. They treated her terribly, which was very upsetting and unexpected.
