My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, right in the center of Mérida with everything close by, but there were some areas that needed updating and repairs. The service was a mix of helpful and upsetting moments. The dining options were limited, but overall it was a decent experience. The facilities were average with some room for improvement.
